These terms apply to bookings of event art services from RangBrush. Specific details agreed in your written quote or WhatsApp confirmation take precedence.
Bookings
A date is reserved only after the booking is confirmed in writing and any agreed advance is received. Until then, dates remain available to other enquiries.
Pricing & payments
Quotes depend on the service, duration, number of guests or artworks, materials and event location. Travel and stay for outstation events are quoted separately. The balance is payable as agreed in your quote, usually on or before the event day.
Changes & cancellations
Please inform us of any change in date, timing or venue as early as possible. Advances are generally non-refundable because the date is held exclusively for you, but we will always try to move a booking to a new date where availability allows.
On the day
- The client or planner provides the agreed space, table, seating, lighting and power where required.
- Extra time beyond the booked duration is subject to availability and charged as agreed.
- Delays caused by the event schedule may reduce the effective working time.
Artwork & images
Finished artworks belong to the client or guests once paid for. RangBrush may photograph the work for its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
